Month 5 of pears and cherries quilt

Ya know... the more I work on this quilt, the more I realize that there aren't that many pears and cherries in it. I am annoyed! I swear there were all kinds of pears and cherries in this quilt when I bought the kits.

Oh well, it will be gorgeous either way.

I am still bummed that I couldn't get the cherry fabric for the border, that would have added a huge chunk of cherries to the finished result but such is life. I found another fabric that has little red things, I think they are supposed to be flowers but they kinda look like cherries so I may get that and see how it looks.
